1-on-1 In Person Training
Custom programming catered to you and your individual goals.
Choice between 40-Minute or 60-Minute Sessions.
Gym equipment includes: Barbells, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Benches, Bands, Sandbags, Slam Balls, Rowers, Ski Erg’s, Treadmills and more!
Direct communication with coach outside of sessions through phone, email, or social media.
Guidance on nutrition and how to include the foods you love to eat into your lifestyle.
1-on-1 Online (Mobile) Training
Custom programming catered to you and your individual goals.
Programming will be delivered to you through a mobile app; Use the app to check what exercises have been scheduled for the day & log your progress.
Personal Feedback given on exercises through app after each session.
Weekly 15-Minute Check-in Call.
You will need access to your own gym of choice. (Any type of gym, regardless of equipment selection, I can make work fully).
Direct communication with coach outside of sessions through phone, email, or social media.
